Dudley is a highly experienced senior professional in the Recruitment and HR tech industries, with over 20 years’ experience across London, Australia and Asia Pacific. As General Manager of Alcami Interactive he works closely with customers to help maximise the benefits of the Alcami platform as well as the internal technical  teams to drive innovation.

Prior to joining Alcami, Dudley spent over 15 years in IT recruitment including 7 years running his own specialist agency, Finrecruit Asia.
